TowCraft designs, hosts, and looks after fast, accessible websites for towing companies—built to make the right call obvious, prove what the fleet can handle, and stay current without adding work to dispatch.

THE STRAIGHTFORWARD OFFER WEBSITE FIRST
Your towing website, built and looked after.
Most companies start with one custom website and a clear launch plan. Managed care keeps it ready. Operations tools remain a separate phase unless they solve a real problem.
01
ONE-TIME PROJECT
Website build
Strategy, copy, design, and development
Services, coverage, fleet, careers, and account paths
Pages that work with screen readers and keyboards, with clear forms, readable colors, and layouts that stay useful when enlarged
Calls and request forms tested on small phones and slower connections
Search-friendly setup and a launch you can measure
02
OPTIONAL MONTHLY PLAN
Hosting & care
Fast, secure hosting and checks that the site stays online
Safe updates, backups, and a tested way to restore the site
When included in your plan, follow-up accessibility checks and lasting fixes to the website itself—not a quick-fix widget
Routine content changes without a ticket maze
Privacy-friendly reporting and a real person to contact
03
ONLY WHEN IT EARNS A PLACE
Visibility & tools
Google, Bing, Apple, and Local Services readiness
Original service-area content—not cloned city pages

Existing dispatch and payment tools reviewed before adding anything new
WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW + IMPROVEMENTS
Make your website easier for more people to use.
We check how people navigate, read, enlarge, complete forms, and use media—including with a keyboard or screen reader. You receive a written review against WCAG Level AA, a widely used accessibility guideline, plus fixes to the website itself and optional follow-up checks as the site changes.
One hand. Weak signal. Bad weather. A stressed customer should know who you are, where you go, and how to call in seconds—without fighting a popup, a chat bubble, or a clever animation.
The public site, customer tools, crew access, schedules, forms, and office workflows can share one familiar home.
A CLEAR FRONT DOOR
The right information, right when it is needed.
Customers can call, request service, arrange transport, or open an account without hunting for answers.See what fits

Pick only the pieces that feel useful.
Start with the website. Add customer, crew, payroll, or office tools when they solve a real problem.
MANAGED CARE READY AFTER LAUNCH
Hosting should not mean hostage.
Care should make the website easier to own, not harder to leave. The recurring fee, response expectations, recovery plan, and handoff path are agreed in plain language before launch.
DELIVERY
Fast where the customer is.
Edge delivery, HTTPS, and modern image formats, with lab performance checked and field data reviewed when enough real traffic exists.
WATCH
Quiet monitoring.
We check that the site stays available and working. If your plan includes accessibility care, we also review the agreed pages after important changes and fix new barriers covered by the plan.
RECOVERY
A known way back.
A clear update history, backups, tested restore steps, and data protection matched to what the website actually does.
HUMAN CARE
Changes reach a person.
Routine edits and urgent corrections have written response expectations—not an anonymous support maze.
THE OWNERSHIP RULE
Your company should never be trapped inside an agency account.
Your domain remains under your control.
Business listings and measurement accounts are client-owned where the provider allows it.
Approved copy, media, and site materials have a documented handoff path.
If care ends, the exit steps and migration responsibilities are already clear.
First understand the day. Then shape one clear first phase and improve it over time.
01
Understand the day.
Calls, people, tools, friction, and the moments worth improving.
DISCOVERY & WORKFLOW MAP02
Shape the useful parts.
The site, portals, workflows, and handoffs that earn a place.

ONE PERSON ACCOUNTABLE NO HANDOFF TO A CLOSER
Built and cared for by Cory Cape.
You speak with the person shaping the work. Cory handles the strategy, design decisions, build, launch, and ongoing care—then brings in a specialist only when the project genuinely needs one.

PLAIN ANSWERS BEFORE A SALES CALL
The questions an owner should ask.
If a detail matters to the relationship, it belongs in writing—not in a vague promise on a call.
No. A review comes first. If the foundation is sound, the right answer may be a focused repair, a hosting move, or a few clearer pages—not a full rebuild.
What does managed hosting include?
The exact care plan is scoped to the site. It can include edge hosting, SSL, availability checks, recoverable releases, software upkeep, routine edits, reporting, and documented response expectations.
Who owns the domain, listings, and site?
You keep control of the domain and core business accounts. The project record identifies ownership, access, source, approved media, and the handoff path before launch.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
That depends on your services, locations, content, connected tools, and what already exists. Before work begins, you receive a written first phase with the build fee, ongoing care fee, what we each need to provide, what is included, and the launch window—no open-ended mystery project.
Can TowCraft guarantee Google rankings?
No honest provider can guarantee a local position. TowCraft builds search-friendly pages and a strong local business setup, keeps company information consistent, avoids shortcuts, and measures qualified calls and booked work where the setup allows it.
Can TowCraft make my website ADA compliant?
TowCraft can make meaningful accessibility improvements, but it cannot provide legal certification or promise that no complaint will ever be filed. We review your site against the widely used WCAG Level AA guidelines, fix problems covered by the agreed plan, document what we checked, and revisit the site as it changes. New work follows WCAG 2.2, which includes WCAG 2.1. This is practical accessibility work, not legal advice. See how the service works.
Do you just install an accessibility widget?
No. Scanning tools can catch some common problems, but they cannot tell whether people can complete every important task. TowCraft combines those tools with hands-on review and fixes the website itself—including headings, wording, colors, forms, and interactive features.
Can it work with Towbook or our current tools?
Often, yes. Dispatch, payment, phone, review, and account tools are evaluated before custom software is proposed. The goal is a cleaner handoff, not another system for the crew to babysit.
What happens if I stop managed care?
The exit follows the written plan: account access, website files, domain responsibilities, moving steps, and any time-limited help are made clear before launch.
A SIMPLE START PRACTICAL, NOT PUSHY
Want a useful second opinion?
Share the current site and what you hope will work better. Cory will reply personally with the first things he would protect, fix, or leave alone.
