WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW + FIXES + FOLLOW-UP

Make your website easier to use.More than a quick scan.

TowCraft checks how customers call, request service, and use your website. We fix the problems covered by your plan, check the work again, and give you a clear record of what was fixed and anything that still needs attention.

01 CHECK WHAT CUSTOMERS NEED TO DO

Can people get help without fighting the website?

Automated tools catch some problems, but they cannot tell whether a person can actually use the site. We also check the pages, forms, menus, and actions your customers rely on.

SCREEN READERS

Clear when the page is read aloud.

Headings make sense, links explain where they go, images are described, and buttons and messages are announced clearly.

KEYBOARD + FOCUS

Every important action works without a mouse.

Customers can move through every page, menu, and form with only a keyboard—and always see where they are.

READABILITY + ZOOM

Readable when text is larger.

Text stays readable at higher zoom, colors are easy to distinguish, and the layout still works on a small screen.

FORMS + ERRORS

Forms explain what went wrong.

Every field has a clear label, required information is explained, and useful messages help customers correct mistakes.

MEDIA + DOCUMENTS

No one misses important information.

Videos have captions or transcripts, important audio has a written alternative, and documents can be read and used.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER TASKS

Test the steps that bring in work.

We check calling, requesting service, sending a form, signing in, and finding vehicle-release information.

02 A CLEAR PLAN FROM START TO FINISH

Find the barrier. Fix it. Make sure it works.

Before work begins, you will know which pages and customer tasks we will check, what accessibility standard we will use, and when we will check the site again. That keeps expectations clear without making a vague legal promise.

03 FIX THE WEBSITE, NOT JUST THE SCORE

A widget cannot make a website accessible by itself.

A toolbar or automated score cannot prove that customers can use your site. Testing tools help find problems, but a person still needs to check and repair the pages, menus, forms, and content.

  • A person checks every problem flagged by an automated tool
  • We fix the website itself instead of covering problems with a badge or toolbar
  • You receive a clear record of what we checked, what we fixed, and anything still outside our control

04 CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

What a review can—and cannot—promise.

Websites keep changing

The review covers your site as it exists at that time. New content, outside tools, and future features can create new barriers.

Practical help, not legal advice

TowCraft finds and fixes website problems. We do not provide a legal opinion, legal certification, or interpretation of your company's obligations.

Some tools depend on other companies

Booking, payment, map, chat, and dispatch tools supplied by others may need help from that provider or another way for customers to complete the task.

Website improvements, not a legal guarantee

The work makes the website easier to use and brings it closer to the agreed standard. It cannot guarantee that no complaint or claim will occur.

THE STANDARD WE USE

Our usual target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

WCAG is a widely used set of guidelines for making websites accessible. For new work, we usually check against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which includes the 2.1 requirements. If your contract or organization requires a different version, we will write that into the project plan.
